Booking Terms & Conditions

1.    All payments must be made in full before the events begin.  Special arrangements can be negotiated where purchase orders/invoices are to be generated.   

2.    Bookings are provisional until a 20% deposit is received.

3.    All individuals/supervisors must declare any medical conditions that may affect their own or the safety of others.  Please supply any relevant medical details, in confidence, before activities commence.

4.    In the event of a cancellation by Adventure Challenge Scotland (ETC*) a full refund of monies shall be given.

5.    If your reserved participant numbers do not attend the event total cost will still apply.  Extra participants may be added subject to availability and additional costs.

6.    Due to the nature of adventurous activities clients must be prepared to follow the instructions of Adventure Challenge Scotland (ETC*) staff at all times during the activity session.

7.    Adventure Challenge Scotland (ETC*) and its staff are fully insured against breach of professional duty and third party risks.

8.    Adventure Challenge Scotland (ETC*) reserves the right to cancel or stop a course or session if:
a.     Any of the above listed conditions are not met
b.    Any of the information given by the group is incorrect
c.     Any incident occurs due to the actions of the group which may affect the safety of the participants

9.    All activity equipment is provided except personal items such as waterproof clothing, footwear ETC*.

Adventure Challenge Scotland (ETC*) cannot accept any responsibility for the act of omissions, whether negligent or otherwise, of other persons providing arrangements for the group unless that person is employed directly by Adventure Challenge Scotland (ETC*)
